This isn’t a place where I’m looking to gain a huge following or gain so much work I’m overwhelmed. It’s a place to share things I’ve seen, things I’ve done or places I’ve been. Things to hopefully inspire, things that show what makes me tick, how I see the world, places I’ve discovered and want to share, maybe even help you to see the world around you from a different perspective. Most of my work is through word of mouth and that keeps me busy. It also allows me the opportunity to build longstanding relationships with clients. Relationships spanning many years, clients that reach out at different life stages, upsizing, downsizing or when their kids buy their first homes. They don’t necessarily want their homes and personal space online and that’s fine. There’s so much pressure that everything needs to be perfect and magazine worthy and that’s just not real life. People are busy living their lives rather than documenting it as content. They want homes that reflect them, work for their families and give them a sense of peace and comfort. Homes that honour the age or architecture of the structure or beautifully encapsulate family treasures. I’m not here to gate keep information or earn from affiliate links. If a friend tells me they’ve helped their sister choose paint colours she loves because I taught them about undertones then that’s a win. What you will find is art, design, architecture, the occasional aesthetic coffee or meal, beautiful places, photos of colourful things and snippets of my work projects. Having said all that, if you would like to work with me though I’d love to hear from you.

A few newish designs that I've added to my Spoonfl A few newish designs that I've added to my Spoonflower store recently, as always available on a wide range of fabrics types, wallpaper and home decor. Obviously I'm not suggesting you drench your room in all of this but they'd add a great pop of colour here and there.
There's nothing like spending an hour with an onli There's nothing like spending an hour with an online chat bot to make you need a little mental distraction. So, I revised a design I was doodling around with ages ago, refined the repeat which is one of those things that's looks simple but isn't. Played around with colours a bit and came up with this. You might recognise the colours from my buoy colour experiment the other week. This would be a fun injection of colour for a kid's room or a dorm room.
